I’m a builder and operator who has spent most of my career at the intersection of foodservice, technology, and sustainability.
I specialize in taking complex, innovative ideas and turning them into products that can actually be sold, adopted, and scaled. I’m drawn to work that sits between people, process, and technology, and I focus on building products that teams trust because they work under real conditions.
But at the end of the day, I'm still a chef who's passionate about food and the people who make it.
